In a private class you will have an individual lesson thats tailored specifically for your needs. With routines that incorporate the poses your body wants and loves. With loving support I can help take your yoga practice to the next level.
Studio group classes
A small group setting with friends to share Yoga movement together to get you into the flow. Monday’s and Friday’s 10:15am to 11:30am are paused

Yoga With Cats
Meet once a month on Tuesday’s at 6pm-71:15pm for an enjoyable, heart opening, fun experience of moving with our feline furry friends. This class is designed to enjoy every moment more fully with adorable, adoptible cats & kittens through The Ark of San Juan Animal Rescue..
