Om~Mazing
I have always been guided towards living yoga essentially through my own practice with my body, mind and spirit. Guided by nature and through my constant exploration with movement, breath awareness, therefore cultivating strength for life. As I am quite a disciplined person alignment has always been important, especially needing to marry this with a wellness that nourishes. It has taken me a lot of time to cultivate deep Self Love. I moved to Dana Point, California from Oslo, Norway in 2002, where I married my life partner and friend, whilst pursuing my yoga path with teachers. https://www.yogaworks.com/ We have five amazing boys together and four cats. In essence here is where my family farm and householder flow began, undoubtedly many blessings to be grateful for. More than I could have dreamt for. My yoga practice flourished, teaching Moms Club with our littles in local parks, library and beaches, while I offered private sessions and group classes at studios. Ive taught chair yoga and movement meditation in the retirement community. Without a doubt a joyful yoga filled life. Essential examples 🙂 Playing~Baking~ camping~hiking~ exploring tide pools and creating many smiles through presence in my householder life. My family teach me so much about moments especially to understand being grounded and finding that common ground. Therefore creating daily rhythms and a steady practice “sadhana” that is sustainable to cultivate an intelligent, loving compassionate heart. This being my soul intention to serve my community.
